Radio Alanis

Radio Alanis is an Alanis Morissette tribute band that captures the energy of the iconic '90s alternative rock star, recreating her raw, emotional performances and distinctive voice. The band brings Morissette's unforgettable hits like "You Oughta Know," "Ironic," "Hand in My Pocket”, “Thank You” and “Uninvited” to life with faithful instrumentation and a powerful stage presence. Fans are taken on a nostalgic journey through her music, celebrating her impact and revisiting the spirit of her groundbreaking album “Jagged Little Pill” which the band plays in its entirety.

ABOUT THE BAND:

Camila Hernandez aka Alanis, and Jeff Lake have performed together in states across the nation - Florida, Colorado, Wisconsin, Delaware, Connecticut, New Jersey & New York - for the past 5 years. Most recently, they appeared at the Lone Tree Music Fest in Colorado (May, 2025).  The band has perfected their craft at local venues such as Prohibition, the Red Lion, and Groove in NYC, as well as the Tap Room in Long Island.

In addition to singing, Camila plays harmonica - an instrument featured on many of Alanis’ hit songs.

Guitarist, Jeff Lake, sings backup and lead and is featured on “Everlong” by The Foo Fighters - an homage to Alanis’ drummer from the Jagged Little Pill tour who went on to Foo Fighters fame - the late Taylor Hawkins.  Jeff is an artist in his own right. His new album “Seasons In the Sun” is currently #114 on the AMA chart (Americana Music Association) with over 100 radio stations spinning it across the country.

Drummer, Taylor Simpson - yes, there is another Taylor - is playing the Radio City Christmas Spectacular this month (Dec, 2025).

Keyboardist, Chris Clark, will be on tour again next summer with Jon Anderson of the band, Yes!

While in NY, he plays on Broadway shows such as “Wicked” and “Mama Mia”!

Bassist, Sean Decker plays on the new hit show “Slam Frank”.

The Radio Alanis show combines great music with engaging back-story lines to create a high energy, nostalgic experience.
